Returns & Exchanges

At Will & Bear, we want you to love your hat as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Hat

  Carefully place your hat back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit; hats returned out of shape cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
